Treso Interiors was founded in Ankara in 2011 by Melda Dikmen Gürel, who continues to lead the studio as its principal designer. A graduate of Middle East Technical University’s Department of Industrial Design, Gürel established the practice following early professional experience in the furniture sector, shaping a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges product, material, and spatial design. Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how people live, focusing on the subtle relationship between space, material, and everyday rituals. Each project is developed through close observation of the user, translating habits, aspirations, and emotional cues into refined spatial compositions. This methodology results in environments defined by clarity, balance, and a quiet yet confident design language.
