Shaping Memories Office Space Design
The Administrative Building at Changgang Campus of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, originally constructed in 1958, stands as a landmark structure along the campus's central axis. To commemorate the academy's 70th anniversary, it underwent a design upgrade in 2023. The renovation adhered to the design philosophy of preserving historical symbols while integrating modern language. Addressing issues such as insufficient ceiling height, inadequate natural lighting, and cramped spaces, solutions included mirrored ceilings, alloy steel structures, and enhanced lighting systems.
