Upgrove is a gamified system that enables patients to perform upper limb recovery assessments at home using camera based motion capture on personal mobile devices. By translating clinical motion tests into intuitive farm themed games, the system measures mobility, coordination, and range of motion while providing clear progress feedback. Upgrove transforms traditionally clinic bound and often invisible recovery into a visible and trackable process, enabling patients to self monitor progress while allowing clinicians to remotely observe rehabilitation outcomes.
